We offer three ways to get your order — local delivery to your door, click & collect from a warehouse near you, or freight for regional and rural locations.

Local Delivery

Metro Areas Only

Large and bulky items — pool fencing panels, glass, gates, balustrade systems — can be delivered directly to your door using purpose-built glass and fencing trucks. This service covers major metro areas where our supply warehouses are located.

The $120 delivery fee applies whether you order 1 panel or 50 — it's a flat fee per delivery run, not per item. Once your order is processed, we'll contact you to confirm your delivery date.

Local delivery zones include:

  • Queensland: Gold Coast (incl. Tweed Heads) and Brisbane metro
  • New South Wales: Sydney metro (limited stock), Newcastle / Cardiff
  • Victoria: Melbourne metro
  • South Australia: Adelaide metro
  • Western Australia: Perth metro
  • Near a border of a zone? Email us first and we’ll confirm whether your address is inside the local delivery map.
Not sure if your address is within our delivery zone? If you're near the edge of a metro area, get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can deliver direct to you.
Option 02

Click & Collect

Free — No Delivery Fee

Order online and collect from a warehouse near you — at no delivery charge. We have collection points across Australia. Please read the process below carefully before heading to a depot, as our warehouses operate differently to retail stores.

Important: Our warehouses are not retail showrooms. You cannot browse products, view stock or purchase on-site. Your order must be placed and paid for online first. Do not go to the warehouse until you have received your collection reference — staff will not be able to help without it.

How click & collect works:

  • 01 Place your order online — select "Click & Collect" at checkout. You can leave a note with your preferred collection city if you have a preference, though the final warehouse location may be determined by stock availability.
  • 02 We process your order — allow 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to confirm availability and prepare your collection details.
  • 03 You receive your collection reference — we'll email you the warehouse address and a collection reference number. Only head to the depot once you have this.
  • 04 Collect your order — quote your collection reference at the depot office. Allow 15 minutes to 1.5 hours for your order to be picked from the warehouse, as orders are not pre-packed unless specifically arranged. Depots can be busy, especially during peak periods.

Please note: Not all products are stocked at every location. Product pages will indicate which depots hold that particular item. The specific warehouse within your city may be determined by product type and stock availability at the time of your order.

Bringing your own transport? A few things to know:

  • Ensure your vehicle is suitable for the size and weight of your order. Depot staff may refuse to load glass or fencing panels onto unsuitable transport — for everyone's safety.
  • In some cases the depot can supply a pallet to help you safely transport glass panels.
  • Check your order carefully before leaving the depot — we are unable to cover costs associated with swapping incorrectly collected items once you've left the premises.
  • No weekend or public holiday pickups — Monday to Friday, 7:30am–3pm only.
Option 03

Regional & Freight

Outside Metro Zones

If you're outside of our direct delivery zones and can't collect from a warehouse, we can arrange for your order to be palletised and sent via a third-party freight carrier to a depot near your location for collection. Alternatively, if you have your own freight account, we can pack your order ready for your carrier to collect.

  • Pallet packing service: We'll crate and pack your order securely for transport. A packing fee applies and will be invoiced separately. Allow up to 2 weeks for packing depending on warehouse workload.
  • Freight to a depot near you: We'll obtain a quote to get your order to the nearest freight depot in your area. Contact us with your postcode and order details for a quote.
  • Your own freight carrier: If you have an account with a carrier, let us know at checkout. We'll pack your order and have it ready for collection by your driver.
  • Freight costs: Regional freight is significantly more expensive than metro delivery due to packing labour and third-party carrier rates. For larger orders it can still represent excellent value compared to local supplier pricing.

Option 04

Small Items & Hardware

Courier shipping for small items is calculated at checkout, with a minimum charge of $25 per order. Honestly, sometimes the shipping will cost more than the gate stop. That's freight in Australia for you.

Australia-Wide Courier

Smaller products — pool fence spigots, hinges, latches, gate hardware, shower screen brackets, fixings, and other accessories — can be shipped anywhere in Australia via express courier. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and your delivery postcode.

  • Available to all Australian postcodes including regional and rural
  • Items are carefully packaged to arrive undamaged
If you're ordering a mix of large panels and small hardware, we recommend checking whether it makes sense to collect the panels from a depot and have the hardware couriered separately. Get in touch if you'd like help planning your order.
