Perforated Pool Fencing operates an all sales are final policy. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or ordering errors. This includes situations where:
Please double-check your colour selection, quantities and product codes carefully before completing your order. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing — we are happy to help you confirm the right products for your installation.
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or we have supplied the wrong product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.
Where a valid claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
Return shipping costs for valid claims will be covered by Perforated Pool Fencing Do not return goods without first obtaining a Return Authorisation from us — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
All orders are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. If your delivery arrives with visible damage to outer packaging, note this on the delivery docket before signing and photograph the packaging before opening. This significantly assists with any freight insurance claim.
If transit damage is discovered after opening, report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item.
For click & collect orders, inspect your goods before leaving the warehouse. Once you have accepted the goods and departed the collection point, we are unable to accept claims for damage that may have occurred during your own transport.
If you identify a fault or discrepancy at the time of collection, raise it with the warehouse staff immediately before accepting the goods.
Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our all-sales-final policy applies to change of mind returns only — it does not affect your statutory consumer guarantee rights.
